The Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction has been very fortunate in obtaining a research grant that they believe will make our industry
safer and more productive. This research grant will significantly help our industry and the successful completion of the grant will increase the stature and reputation of the Durham School, another significant benefit for all of us.
The research team, as a part of the Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction, is looking for construction workers to participate in a study related to hazard identification in construction sites. Participants are expected to fill out a survey after observing some selected images. The whole experiment will take less than an hour and half and the participant’s time will be compensated by providing them with a $50 gift card at the completion of the study.
To be qualified for this job, workers must have:
· At least 1-2 years of experience
· No caffeine intake on the day of the experiment
The study will be conducted at East Stadium (Memorial Stadium), University of Nebraska–Lincoln, NE 68588-0156. They are flexible regarding the schedule and workers can participate in the evening or on weekends, if desired.
Qualified applicants might participate in experiment any time after April 13th. Due to limited space available, people who are interested should contact us as soon as possible.
Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction deeply appreciates your help and support in their research efforts. If you have any questions regarding the research, or if they can be of any service, please don’t hesitate to contact them at 402-853-3267.
